Um, When Did Banana Republic Get So Awesome?

Wait. When did Banana Republic get so awesome? I used to shop there like crazy in the late '90s/early 2000s, and then kind of drifted away for a decade or so. Well, I just stumbled on the page today, and whoa! Great basics with a twist (my favorite!) in soft, neutral shades like blush pink and gray.
